Dot Works Ultimate Board – Rigid Polystyrene Foam Board

Dot Works Ultimate Board is a lightweight, high-strength rigid substrate engineered for professional printing, signage, displays, and fabricated graphic applications. It features a polystyrene foam core bonded between two rigid polystyrene facers, creating a durable, dimensionally stable board that is also 100% recyclable.

The smooth matte surface offers excellent print quality and high surface evenness, while its scratch-resistant construction helps protect finished graphics during production, handling, and installation. Waterproof and weather resistant, Ultimate Board is suitable for both indoor projects and long-term outdoor applications.
